To give people a time and cost effective route to recovery from musculoskeletal symptoms

Initial 30 minute video consultation at a charge of £35 to include the following:

• Full history of presenting symptoms
• Full past medical history
• Patient to provide where possible previous imaging reports if longstanding condition
• To streamline the service where possible, the patient can fill out a form detailing their relevant medical history, medications etc.. prior to the appointment
• Clinical examination of the affected area to include local inspection where possible, and testing of the affected joint
• Provisional diagnosis of the symptoms, or discussion of the possible differential diagnoses
• Provision of advice and exercises as appropriate and discussion about the next steps, which is usually one of the following:
  • 1) Continued injury management via video link
  • 2) Agreement to monitor the situation and agree updates within a set timeframe
  • 3) Arrangement of face to face appointment if more appropriate
  • 4) Referral to GP/Consultant
